Step 1 covers the full company setup process for foreign founders, including name approval, company registration, company chops and seals, tax setup, and corporate bank account opening support.
Step 2 covers ongoing bookkeeping, tax filings, annual reporting, compliance tracking, and routine filing support so your company stays in good standing after setup.
You can take any step on its own. There are no lock-ins. If you only need company setup and plan to manage compliance yourself or through another provider afterwards, that is completely fine. You are free to come back for Step 2 or Step 3 whenever it makes sense for you.
Yes. Step 2 is available for existing companies regardless of whether we handled your setup. If your company is already registered and you need bookkeeping, tax filings, annual reporting, and ongoing compliance managed on your behalf, we can take that on.
Step 3 covers document preparation, application support, filing coordination, bureau appointment handling, status follow-up, and approval workflow support for each applicant.

A common planning estimate is around 20 business days after complete and correct documents are ready. Actual timing depends on local authority processing, bank appointments, and whether any documents need correction.
